From the South (New York City) :
Take the Thruway (I-87) to exit 19. When you leave the toll booth,
immediately take a right onto Rt. 28 west. Take this road 8 miles to
Rt. 375 (take a right at the light). Go approximately 3 miles to the
end of Rt. 375 and take a left onto Rt. 212. Go through the town of
Woodstock. Approximately 1 mile west of Woodstock you will see a
small store on the left. Immediately after the store take a right
onto Ricks Road. Go about one-third mile and you will see a brown
one-story professional building, the River Rock Health Spa, on your
right. Park in the parking lot and enter the north or hillside
entrance, not the spa entrance.
From the North (Albany):
Take the Thruway (I-87) to exit 20. When you leave the toll booth,
take a left onto the service road, which is also Rt. 32. Within about
200 yards take a right onto Rt. 212. Take this about 10 miles into
the town of Woodstock. Go through the town of Woodstock.
Approximately 1 mile west of Woodstock you will see a small store on
the left. Immediately after the store take a right onto Ricks Road.
Go about one-third mile and you will see a brown one-story
professional building, the River Rock Health Spa, on your right. Park
in the parking lot and enter the north or hillside entrance, not he
spa entrance.
From the West (Delhi):
Take Rt. 28 east to Rt. 375. Take a left onto Rt. 375. Go
approximately 3 miles to the end of Rt. 375 and take a left onto Rt.
212. Go through the town of Woodstock. Approximately 1 mile west of
Woodstock you will see a small store on the left. Immediately after

From the East (Connecticut or Massachusetts):
Go west on I-90 or I-84. If you are taking I-90, make sure you take
the southern I-90 and not the branch of I-90 that goes into Albany.
When you hit I-87 from I-90, take it south to exit 20. When you leave
the toll booth, take a left onto the service road, which is also Rt.
32. Within about 200 yards take a right onto Rt. 212. Take this about
10 miles into the town of Woodstock. If you are taking I-84, take it
to I-87 and go north to exit 19. When you leave the toll booth,
immediately take a right onto Rt. 28 West. Take this road 8 miles to
Rt. 375 (take a right at the light). Go approximately 3 miles to the
end of Rt. 375 and take a left onto Rt. 212 to go into the town of
Woodstock. Either taking exit 19 or 20 (from I-84 or I-90), you go
through the town of Woodstock. Approximately 1 mile west of Woodstock
you will see a small on the left. Immediately after the store take a
right onto Ricks Road. Go about one-third mile and you will see a
brown one-story professional building, the River Rock Health Spa, on
your right. Park in the parking lot and enter the north or hillside
entrance, not the spa entrance.
