I have always stayed clear of medical doctors because of their orientation to drugs which the little I have used in the past always had adverse affects on me. What a relief to find Dr. Donn Wiedershine who utilizes a storehouse of alternative remedies and therapies. He is your old-time practitioner re-born with a magnanimous spirit, the kindest heart imaginable, big ears for listening and a great sense of humor.

When I moved to this area, I chose Dr. Wiedershine for my physician because I preferred more natural health care with less reliance on antibiotics. Dr. Wiedershine helped my daughter Sarah to get off of at least 7 to 8 psychiatric medications. These medications had left Sarah unable to get out of bed, not going to school, and not wanting to live. With Donn’s help Sarah was detoxed over 6 months and could get back to being a teenager. I’ve gone to many practitioners, all of whom have been medical doctors. Some I’ve gotten relief – most of whom I’ve found to be incompetent in the area of holistic medicine – they did not encompass the spiritual, emotional, and physical. The straw that broke the camel’s back? I’d gone to a highly recommended practitioner for hypotension and he prescribed prescription drugs. I didn’t know what I would do. Then through a friend I met Dr. Wiedershine. He has since treated my entire family. I’ve found many of my symptoms to be ameliorated. As a result of this, I have recommended Dr. Wiedershine to many, based on his physical, mental and spiritual concept of disease and restoration of health.

Dr. Wiedershine is a healer dedicated to the total health and well-being of his patients. He is an excellent listener and engages and includes the patient in his/her own healing process. I believe his psychiatric and meditation training give him a unique and valuable perspective and an added advantage as a clinician. I value his flexibility and openness as well as his willingness to take on difficult cases and patients with chronic conditions. He goes the whole nine yards!
